- Academic & Performance Data: Mock test submissions, answer sheets, comparative performance analytics, quiz scores, attendance, and study materials accessed.
- Device & Log Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, connection speed, and crash logs to troubleshoot and improve platform stability.
- Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device registration tokens to send alerts regarding class schedules, exam announcements, and batch updates.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for legitimate educational and service delivery purposes:
- To authenticate your student login and provide access to enrolled online courses, live sessions, and study materials.
- To evaluate test papers, calculate percentiles, and generate performance analytics.
- To provide student doubt clearance, academic counselling, and administrative support.
- To notify you about upcoming exam batches, important TNPSC/state exam notifications, and schedule revisions.
- To prevent unauthorized account sharing, fraudulent access, or tampering with online examination systems.
3. Third-Party Services & Integrations
We may share minimal data with trusted third-party providers strictly to enable application functionality under strict confidentiality terms:
- Google Play Services: Core application infrastructure and distribution.
- Google Firebase (FCM): Push notification delivery and performance monitoring.
- Secure Payment Gateways (Razorpay/Bank Gateways): Processing course and registration payments directly over encrypted PCI-DSS compliant channels. We do not store credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any advertisers, third parties, or marketing agencies.
4. Data Security
We take appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data. All communication between the Appolo E learn app and our production servers is strictly encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). 5. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy
In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy on Account Deletion:
- In-App Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data directly within the Appolo E learn mobile application by navigating to
Profile / Settings > Delete Account.
- Email Request: Alternatively, you can submit an account and data deletion request at any time by sending an email from your registered email address to appoloeef@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request - Appolo E learn" along with your registered mobile number.
- Action Taken: Upon receipt and verification of your deletion request, your profile, authentication credentials, and personal records will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is strictly required by statutory educational compliance or accounting regulations.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for competitive examination candidates, college students, and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental or institutional consent.
